ASSISTED STRETCH

Service Description

The stretching service is for individuals who are feeling tight and either can’t find a stretch position that seems to be effective or may not know how to stretch the tight area. This treatment involves practitioner guided stretching for the whole body both hands-on and/or instructional self stretches. Client’s wear loose-fitting athletic clothing to allow for stretches to be performed effectively. Package pricing is available.
